    • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing or effectively using our services, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame.

 

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

    • Quality of Responses: The number and quality of CVs received are influenced by various factors, including the effectiveness of the job posting, the specific requirements outlined, and the overall market conditions. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on the quantity or quality of responses to your advertisement.
    • Change of Mind: If you decide to withdraw your advertisement or no longer require the service.
    • Abuse of Service: If the request for a refund is determined to be due to abuse or misuse of our advertising services.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@jobmasters.lk within the specified refund period. Include the following information in your request:

    • Your name / Company name (if applicable)
    • Reference number
    • Payment Reference (if available)
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any relevant details or evidence to support your request

 

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
